What does I&A do? That is a great question. It is also a question that often has an ambiguous answer. I&A conducts third party neutral services in the area of conflict management. I know, not a really clear answer.
Conflicts are as unique as the individuals involved and often each situation deserves a tailored approach to help resolve the conflict. More importantly, people need to explore ways to repair or reconcile the damaged relationships that often occur during these conflicts. Workplace assessments and investigations often put additional strain on the work environment and the people in them. We need to consider how to rebuild healthy, sustainable working relationships.
My work helps people explore ways to do just that. It is a lot of hard work and commitment. But one that is truly worthwhile.
How can I be of assistance to you?
We facilitate collaborative, restorative approaches to conflict management, both in the workplace and personal conflict. Whether through third-party neutral alternative dispute resolution, restorative conference circles, collaborative culture exchanges, workplace assessments, or something tailored specific to you, we work with clients to resolve conflicts and build healthy working relationships. Additionally, we have vast experiences in providing independent oversight and investigation services in the areas of harassment, discrimination, bullying, and whistleblowers.
